Reading is the best way to develop the soul and to nourish the mind. It opens up the locked doors and takes one to a new world, a world full of knowledge, joy, adventure and understanding. Often we see students reading a book and not using it again but hunting for another book to read. So, to help our students tackle this problem and to equip them with books appropriate for their age, we organized the Book Exchange program in which students exchanged their books with their classmates and added a book to their reading list. Sharing a few pictures here.

With the theme of ‘Bharat Positive’, Maverik Ventures, in
association with Fever 104 FM, conducted the Rounds 1 and 2 of the Speaker of
the Year challenge at D.A.V. Public School, Pushpanjali Enclave, New Delhi, on
Thursday, 16th November 2017.
The ideology behind was to bring students from different backgrounds
together on a platform wherein they get equal opportunity to express their
ideas and thoughts. Throughout the process, students gave innovative ideas on
the issues like Armed Forces, the Education System, Traffic Pollution and Air
pollution.
Both the rounds were recorded, giving students a new exposure

prize in the High School Champ category.

Behind the scenes : classes 6 and 7 Swami and friends in the making :)
Dear students
Swami and Friends was a hit. The way you all performed, your zeal, dedication, hard work and the team effort paid off very well. It was actually a feast for the eyes. And as has been already said by many 'Swami did come alive on the stage'.
Along with the regular practise, I am sure you all took an experience that is going to help you in the life beyond stage as well.
Sharing here a few pictures from the making of 'Swami and friends' with its unique Primus' touch. :)
