Class 5's Bookmark making activity.

To enhance the creative faculties of students, to familiarise them with the benefits of having a bookmark handy and to add a little to their developing interest in books, a bookmark making activity was organised in the class on 15th July. All students enjoyed thoroughly and came up with several bright and innovative ideas, every idea standing unique in itself.

Class 6's activity, TODAY AND TOMORROW

An activity based upon the poem "Today and Tomorrow" was organised in the class on 13th and 14th June. Students made groups house-wise and a particular stanza was assigned to them. Each group had to select the representatives of their choice who came forward to first recite the assigned stanza and then explain it to the entire class. The last group was supposed to answer several questions based upon their understanding of the poem. The activity helped students develop their speaking, comprehending and understanding skills and also instilled confidence in students.
