Happy Friendship Day

Wishing you all a very happy Friendship day. Celebrating the day doesn't mean exchanging bands and chocolates and some gifts and vows only. It goes much beyond, it goes till thinking about harmony, peace, love and togetherness. Let us celebrate this day with all our hearts and promote integrity and support each other.

Class 8- Compose an Anthem

As students recently read, Anthems are a part of propaganda writing. Keeping the same in mind, students had to first write a summarised meaning of India's national anthem and then compose an Anthem for their class.

Class 7 activity- Compose a comic story and enact it.

Students of class 7 were divided into groups of 5. Each group got 10 minutes to sit together and compose a comic story. Later, every group performed the comic story in front of their classmates. The activity aimed at enhancing students' thinking ability, writing skills, team spirit and spontaneity at performing the task at hand.

International Yoga Day

In today's busy world, people don't get enough time to relax and take care of their body even. In this situation, the is no option better than yoga to have a healthy heart and a healthy life. Let us all promise ourselves today to indulge in yoga everyday and live with a healthy lifestyle.

Father's Day wishes

Over the years

As we grow old, 

We remember our father

So brave and bold. 

In the garden, 

Leaning on the plow, 

He would listen to me; 

I see him now. 

He would give advice

And understand; 

He was always there

To lend a hand. 

God made fathers

Strong and firm, 

For he knew our lives

Would have great concerns. 

So he gave us fathers

To teach us to pray, 

And guide our lives, 

And show us the way. 

So on his day

Let's take the time

To say "Thanks, dad. 

I'm glad you're mine."

Class 6: Activity - Show and tell

Students find it luring, getting things from home and showing them to the classmates and telling others why do they like them. Such is a show and tell activity in which students were instructed to bring their favorite things, show it to their classmates and speak about it. Students displayed their creativity at speaking and went ahead showing things like a newspaper because it is the treasure of knowledge and hence their favorite or even a pack of mango juice because in the hot weather, it is what they like the most or even a dear keychain. The activity aimed at boosting their confidence and making them more comfortable with the classroom environment.
