Class 7 English Week Activity : B+ve
The class was divided into smaller groups and each group was given a set of sentences that they had to convert to negative sentences. The team that converted maximum number of sentences into positive sentences in the least time won.
Class 6 English Week Activity: Coffee with class
Just like ice-breakers, students were given conversation starters on which students initiated conversation and got to know each other more. They were free to have with them coffee/shakes/milk.

Class 8 English Week Activity: Email Relay Race
The entire class was divided into groups of 3. First 2 players from every group were given words for dictation which they had to mail to the next group member who had to use this jumbled list to fill in gaps in a passage and forward that mail to the teacher. The activity focussed on students' diction, grammar and construction of sentences.
Class 7 - English Week activity: SENTENCE AUCTION
Students were given several sentences for bidding. Each child has a total of 100 rupees with which they had to buy as many grammatically correct sentences as possible. Student with the highest number of correct sentences would win.
Class 6 English Week Activity: Dialogue Substitution
As a part of the English Week, students chose a 30 seconds-1 minute video clip from a children's movie, played it originally to explain the context and later put the video on mute and changed the dialogues of all the characters present in the movie. This way children learnt to create scenes and dialogues and how to deliver them with proper tone and intonation.
